is a program improving financial capabilities for startups 3+ years old who want to strengthen financial capabilities through talent donation from KB Kookmin Bank's senior executives. It consists of a 4-week customized education curriculum for financial capability building, with coach matching considering educational business field characteristics and individual tendencies, and 1:1 dedicated coaching from financial coaches comprised of KB Kookmin Bank executives.A total of 8 social economy pro bono members (financial coaches) completed 8 sessions and 24 hours of education before coaching, and all 15 teams in the regular education program showed average score improvements in financial management, corporate financial transactions, and business planning compared to before the program. At the completion ceremony, 'RVFIN' won Excellence Award, 'Mindies' won Merit Award, and 'Tree of Hope Social Cooperative' won Encouragement Award.
