is a project conducted with New Black, Underdogs' parent company, to develop support tools allowing social entrepreneurs participating in the program to self-diagnose current corporate social and financial performance, establish goals needing improvement and strengthening, manage monthly execution results, and comprehensively manage 1-year results.Simulation tools were developed to identify correlation factors between social and financial performance and calculate impact levels. SPC toolkit utilization manuals and SPC supporter education programs based on them were planned. Methods for managing result data using the toolkit were established and workbooks refined.
