<2021 Social Impact Changers Season 2> is a program for fostering tech-based social ventures in the Daejeon region, being operated in its 2nd year by the Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center and Underdogs.It supports startups that have developed technical capabilities in Daejeon, the city of technology, to realize social value.As Daejeon's representative social venture development project, it supports tech-based social venture development and leads balanced development between the capital region and provinces through local social venture activation. It is a program combining Underdogs' specialized startup education courses, social venture entrepreneur lectures, and professional investor mentoring.
