Organized by ILO, sponsored by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, managed by Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency, and operated by Underdogs, this project was prepared to understand challenges facing social solidarity economy after COVID through Asian social solidarity economy policy experiences and field cases, and build networks among stakeholders of each country. 38 people including policy stakeholders, social entrepreneurs, and field experts from 6 Asian countries participated, with session topics confirmed through needs surveys.This 3-day event consisted of diverse programs including Seoul National University research result presentations and discussions, each country case presentations, field visits, and action planning. The participation of Philippine policy stakeholders engaged in discussions on national-level social solidarity economy legislation amendments, sharing South Korea's government social enterprise development law enactment experience, holds significance in the development of Asian social solidarity economy.
