is an education program consisting of 6 weeks of common competency education and 10 weeks of Innovation Lab education, helping participants find their vocation and build foundational startup capabilities. During the 6-week common competency education, basic capabilities including problem definition, solution development, and sustainability were built through the process of establishing business models and writing business plans. Additionally, 5 Lab-specific customized education was conducted, with each establishing distinctive business models and presenting them in final presentations.A total of 119 participants improved their overall understanding of the startup process and received practical help around business models through Lab-specific customized education.
