To cultivate core corporate talent, Underdogs plans to provide corporate education in LXP (Learning Experience Platform) format based on an innovative educational system, infrastructure, and network utilizing ▲in-house immersive educational content ▲a group of experts consisting of coaches, consultants, and alumni at the national and global level ▲partner growth programs. Over the past nine years, Underdogs has cultivated approximately 13,000 entrepreneurial talents with creative problem-solving capabilities and innovation value creation through various educational programs including startup education and corporate small business owner cultivation education. In particular, the premium on-the-job training 'Underdogs Hustle' launched in January 2023 demonstrated its demand and significance with a competition rate of 50:1. Over 12 weeks of education, the company provided 'execution-oriented business development projects' based on real-world business cases and cultivated approximately 20 elite talents.
