Underdogs, a practical startup and job training institution, announced on the 14th that it will join forces with Comento, a career growth community, to nurture young talent and support corporate innovation. Underdogs is a startup education company that has directly trained 12,000 entrepreneurs and produced 2,611 startup teams over the past nine years. Underdogs is actively engaged in practical startup education, developing original educational content, and fostering coaches. Currently, it is collaborating with 119 private companies and public institutions. This year, it launched "Underdogs Hustle," a startup-style premium job training program for senior-level talent. Comento has built a career community centered on job seekers and junior talents, securing 1.35 million accumulated members. It comprehensively operates job training and junior recruitment linkage programs for these members, with the aim of supporting junior career development. Through this business agreement, Underdogs and Comento plan to strengthen cooperation in all areas including work experience, startup and corporate education content development and distribution. They plan to strengthen cooperation from youth employment and startup solutions to human resource development (HRD) for large and mid-sized enterprises.
