Chungnam National University's Startup Support Division will conduct the "Hana Social Venture University" program in cooperation with Hana Financial Group and Underdogs to support young local entrepreneurs as a regional startup infrastructure hub. Through this program, Chungnam National University's Startup Support Division plans to provide practical startup education to 65 young people in Daejeon for the month of July. The Hana Social Venture University program is an initiative prepared by Hana Financial Group in partnership with national universities as state-designated research institutions in response to declining provincial populations due to youth migration from regions. The program fosters regional startup talent by providing specialized startup programs, 1:1 consulting, and educational support funds to young local entrepreneurs. Through the Hana Social Venture University program, the Startup Support Division aims to contribute to: ▲increasing regional understanding through hub universities ▲cultivating young entrepreneurs ▲building an ecosystem for nurturing regional local entrepreneurs as a regional startup infrastructure hub, thereby contributing to the growth of capable regional entrepreneurs and job creation in local communities. Lim Seok-yeon, Vice Director, stated, "Through this education, I hope that young people who want to solve regional problems will grow as local-residence entrepreneurs as a regional hub university. Going forward, we will continue to make efforts in building an ecosystem for fostering local entrepreneurs and cultivating capable young entrepreneurs."
