The Korea Angel Investors Association (Chairman Cho Min-sik, hereinafter "Angel Investors Association") and UDI Impact (CEO Kim Jung-hun, hereinafter "UDI Impact") announced that they will sign a "Mutual Cooperation Agreement for AI-Based Startup Education and Global Market Entry Support" on Tuesday, August 19th at 1:00 PM at TIPS Town S1, GSC in Seoul. This agreement was promoted to systematically support the strengthening of business capabilities of domestic prospective and early-stage startup teams and their rapid entry into overseas markets, in response to the intensifying global startup competition environment. The two institutions plan to foster innovative startups through AI-based startup education and investment-linked support, and expand the startup ecosystem foundation by securing networks within major emerging markets such as Japan and India. The main contents of the business agreement include: ▲AI startup education and investment-linked support for domestic and overseas prospective and early-stage startup teams, ▲overseas market entry support for domestic startups (Japan, India), ▲overseas market development and startup ecosystem expansion, etc. Specifically, they plan to provide domestic startup education through planning and operating 'Technology Startup Companies X UDI Bootcamp' and overseas education, consulting, and networking through operating 'Technology Startup Companies X UDI Globalcamp.' Additionally, they plan to expand the startup ecosystem foundation by discovering local startup and job training demand and operating customized programs tailored to local needs. Chairman Cho Min-sik of the Angel Investors Association stated, "Through cooperation with UDI Impact, we will actively support domestic startups to acquire AI-based innovation capabilities and secure competitiveness in the global market," and emphasized, "In particular, through entering emerging markets such as Japan and India, we will establish a foundation for our startup ecosystem to advance to the next level." CEO Kim Jung-hun of UDI Impact said, "We expect this cooperation with the Angel Investors Association to greatly contribute to practical capability strengthening of domestic prospective and early-stage startup teams and overseas market development," and added, "We will do our best to enable innovative startups to lead the world market by utilizing AI-based educational programs and global networks."
