The Gyeongbuk Content Promotion Agency announced on the 3rd that it will operate the 'Gyeongbuk Content Korea Lab Startup Accelerating Program - Networking Day' at the agency's 2nd floor studio. This program was designed to advance startup companies discovered through the agency's support projects to the next level of growth, with practical entrepreneurship education institution Underdogs participating together. Gyeongbuk Content Korea Lab conducted online and offline education including entrepreneurship workshops, content expert lectures, and 1:1 mentoring for seven teams in Gyeongbuk's cultural content field selected in August. In particular, the content expert lectures conducted by various company executives each week received great response as participating startups could listen to real industry insights and ask questions about practical business concerns. Networking Day is an event to share achievements of companies that have grown through seven weeks of education and mentoring, with both online and offline mock IR (investor pitch) presentations. Seven business items are prepared for the pitching, including 'Another World, Space-Time' (Saisiott Co., Ltd.), a tourism game content utilizing regional history and cultural resources, and 'Green Market' (Our Tomorrow Smart Farm), a green garden online all-in-one platform. Additionally, industry practitioners and VC (venture capital) investors are invited to conduct judging. After Networking Day, all outstanding participating companies will receive support for creating business introduction videos or SNS card news to provide marketing assistance. Lee Jong-soo, Director of Gyeongbuk Content Promotion Agency, stated, "The Startup Accelerating Program was designed to support the growth of Gyeongbuk startups beyond the stage of supporting creation and entrepreneurship," adding "We hope this Networking Day becomes a good opportunity for participating companies to expand their business opportunities."
