The third Localize Festival promoting Gunsan will be held by entrepreneurs in the Gunsan region. 'Localize Gunsan' (operated by Underdogs), which fosters social innovation entrepreneurs based in Gunsan's Yeonghwa-dong, is collaborating with local entrepreneurs to present 'Localize Gunsan Week' (hereinafter 'LoRA Week'). The 2021 festival, which will be held this year, will be called Localize Gunsan Week and will run for 8 days from November 6 to 13 under the concept of 'Exploring Gunsan,' offering programs that can be experienced throughout Gunsan's Yeonghwa-dong, Wolmyeong-dong, and Gaebock-dong. Programs include: △'Read You Drink' Korean alcohol tasting with Gunsan's Korean liquor bottle shop 'The Shop That Reads Alcohol' △'Making Emotional Accessories' with Gunsan Flower Work Youth Craft Cooperative △DIY TEA ONE DAY CLASS at Blue Mustard Studio where you can make your own tea △'Gunsan Travel Only We Know,' a Gunsan tour planned by Japanese-style house guesthouse Hwadamyeogwan. Additionally, local Gunsan creators' products will be sold online through Naver Shopping Live. Products include △herbal tea and handmade soap using Gunsan's white glutinous barley △Gunsan urban regeneration board game 'Unfolding Gunsan.' Lectures based on local startup teams' experiences and expertise are also planned. Localize Town will also hold 'Port Series - Local Beer Exhibition' featuring local beers from Busan, Incheon, and Gunsan. The 'Local Beer Exhibition,' which takes place in pop-up store format, allows visitors to discover the stories behind local beers representing each region and purchase local beers and related merchandise. Experience programs such as oil pastel classes accompanied by beer will also be held.
