UD Impact
UDImpact, an entrepreneurship education company, is recruiting participants for the 5th cohort of the "UnderWoman Impact Community" in collaboration with Cartier Women's Initiative (CWI), a globally renowned women entrepreneurship support program. The recruitment period runs from October 2 to November 9, 2025. Since its launch in 2021, the UnderWoman Impact Community has established itself as a flagship program helping female entrepreneurs challenge themselves on the global stage. The program runs for a total of five months, starting with an impact conference and supporting the growth of female entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship education, one-on-one coaching, and networking, with all programs provided free of charge. The 5th cohort will be divided into two tracks: a "Global Track" for companies aiming for global expansion and a "Growth Track" supporting early-stage company growth. Six teams will be selected for the Global Track and ten teams for the Growth Track. Participating teams can quantitatively derive the social value of their businesses and prepare comprehensive business plans through social innovation entrepreneurship methodology education and social value performance indicator consulting. In particular, Global Track participants can receive specialized consulting to apply for the Cartier Women's Initiative program. If selected as a CWI Fellow, they receive financial support ranging from $30,000 to $100,000 and global media exposure opportunities. To date, a total of eight entrepreneurs from Korea are active as CWI Fellows. The "2025 UnderWoman Impact Conference" will be held on November 4 at HeyGround's starting point in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, and on UDImpact's official YouTube channel. The 5th UnderWoman program conference carries the main theme of "Women Entrepreneurs Creating Global Impact in the AI Era" and will discuss perspectives from the CWI program, female entrepreneurs, and investors. At the event, Jo Yeon-jung, former CEO and co-founder of Say Global and the 2019 East Asia top award winner of CWI, will share experiences from the global program. Kim Hyun-jin, CEO from the 4th cohort of UnderWoman Impact Community, will present on "Inclusive Workplaces Created by AI," and investor speaker Son Mi-kyung, CEO of GenAxis, will discuss "AI Era, Impact Investment, and Changes in the Global Ecosystem," addressing global expansion strategies and core competencies for female entrepreneurs. A UDImpact official stated, "The UnderWoman Impact Community is a practical education platform that helps female entrepreneurs develop real competitiveness in the global market. Through collaboration with CWI, we will support more female entrepreneurs to stand out on the world stage." Details can be found on the application page. Applications for the UnderWoman Impact Conference are open until November 2, and applications for the 5th cohort of the UnderWoman Impact Community are open until November 9.
