Seoul – (Newswire) January 24, 2022 — A new business has officially opened on January 21 at 'Shared Store No. 2,' a space for prospective young entrepreneurs and local creators located near Samgojeul Market on Cheonbyeon-ro in Jeongeup City. The newly opened business is Aroma Mood, led by CEO Kook Hye-rin, which specializes in fragrance creation with unique scent recipes. Aroma Mood has participated in the urban regeneration program 'Oh! Fragrance Yeonji Market' and developed fragrance products containing Jeongeup's five fragrances while operating experience programs. Going forward, through the Shared Store, Aroma Mood plans to introduce five Jeongeup perfumes and various fragrance products to local residents and tourists visiting Jeongeup, and operate experience programs where visitors can create their own personalized scents. A space to enjoy coffee and local herbal teas is also available. CEO Kook Hye-rin expressed her vision for Aroma Mood, stating, 'I want to provide opportunities to experience diverse cultures and experiences, and create a space for empathy that highlights Jeongeup's unique strengths through product development containing Jeongeup's latent values such as culture, attractions, and food.' In support of the new opening of Shared Store No. 2, an opening event will be held until the end of January. The event can be found through the Join Jeongeup SNS account. Shared Store was created as part of 'Join Jeongeup,' a local revitalization project pursued through collaboration among Jeongeup City, SK Nexilience, and Underdogs for mutual development of the community. The space was established to help local creators and young entrepreneurs who create business value using local resources establish sales channels and settle in the region. Currently, Shared Stores No. 1 and 2 are operating in popup store format, and Shared Store No. 3, to be operated as a shared office space, is being prepared with a goal to open in the first half of the year. Additionally, an education and consulting program is planned to begin, which is part of the Join Jeongeup project to help strengthen the self-reliance capabilities of young entrepreneurs in the Jeongeup region.
