Brand Strengthening Education Program 'Dongne Seoul Branding Action Camp' for Local Small Business Owners Operated at Maeum Studio in Hapjeong on December 17-18 Underdogs, a startup education specialist, successfully conducted the 'Dongne Seoul Brand Market,' a popup store for local brand small business owners in partnership with the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation, at Maeum Studio in Hapjeong on the 17th and 18th. The 'Dongne Seoul Brand Market' is the final phase of the brand strengthening education program 'Dongne Seoul Branding Action Camp,' which is promoted by the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation and operated by Underdogs as part of the local brand commercial district development project. The market was planned to showcase brands and products to citizens. The brands introduced through the 'Dongne Seoul Brand Market' include 'Patisserie Cremiel,' a bakery and dessert shop in Yangjaedong featuring the sincerity of Chef Michael and Crystal; 'Mideun Bookstore,' a plant bookstore in a Yangjaecheon alley; 'Famous Tteokbokki Sundae,' a tteokbokki restaurant and Ohryo-dong mascot; 'Byunggyu's Budae Jjigae,' serving hearty meals in Ohryo-dong; 'Pastel Coffee Works,' located in a Hapjeong alley; 'Richees House,' selling hamburgers balancing nutrition and taste in Hapjeong; 'Seon Yu Base,' an adults' playground on Seonyu Island; and 'Iyu Workshop,' spreading happiness through soap on Seonyu Island. Eight neighborhood brands and products from Hapjeong, Ohryo, Seonyu, and Yangjaedong participated. The 'Dongne Seoul Brand Market' consisted of a popup store selling products from participating brands and docent tours conducted by the eight neighborhood brand owners. The docent tours introduced brands developed through the 'Dongne Seoul Branding Action Camp' curriculum and served as venues where owners, as 'small branders' promoting local areas, could introduce their commercial districts. Over 800 citizens visited the two-day market. Jo Sang-rae, CEO of Underdogs, stated, 'Through this popup store, graduates of the Dongne Seoul Branding Action Camp showcased what they learned in Underdogs education to citizens, making it a practical process for building communication competence and experience. Underdogs will continue to provide various startup education programs, including branding education and digital transformation education, to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized business owners.'
